1 PM - Purple / Village PM

The signature model 1PM from Village PM, a skate footwear brand from Paris.

Inspired by approach shoes used in climbing, the design is distinct from conventional skate shoes. The climbing rubber wrapping around the foot and the asymmetrical form create a snug fit that conforms to the foot.

The streamlined construction from toe to foot provides a uniform and stable hold. With easy on/off thanks to the heel tab, and an outsole combining durability and flexibility, it naturally adapts to everything from daily wear to active scenes.

In contrast to the recent skate footwear market, where reinterpreting archive silhouettes was mainstream, they propose a new approach that blends a modern aesthetic with practical features like climbing rubber.
