EMMY + GIJS + ALDO

A collection of works created by Dutch designers Emmy van Leersum, Gijs Bakker and Aldo Bakker.

The exhibition showcases the work of Emmy, Gijs and Aldo, father and son pioneers of Dutch design.
In the 1960s, my parents created geometric jewelry made from aluminum and stainless steel that became one with the body.
This spirit is transformed into sculptural, organic objects by his son Aldo.

The book design was created by world-renowned Dutch book designer Irma Boom.
