A Realtree zip hoodie—rarely found even in vintage—has been recreated through FIFTH’s 60’s Faded Zip Hoodie.
Developed in collaboration with Realtree USA, the iconic “EDGE” pattern has been carefully adjusted as a FIFTH exclusive, replicating the worn, peeling, and faded character of true vintage pieces until it feels completely natural.
A bleach-like post-processing treatment is applied, pushing the print to the very edge of breakdown, where the outlines begin to blur—resulting in a finish that embodies FIFTH’s signature vintage aesthetic, consistent with the 60’s Faded series.
The silhouette is based on a certain 1990s brand, featuring a distinctive rounded, wide fit with generous armholes. It captures the subtle distortion created through repeated washing, as if only the body length has shrunk over time. Details from various eras are fused together, including a shallow, purpose-unclear kangaroo pocket often seen in vintage garments, and a clean, well-shaped hood inspired by 2000s skate brands.
